DIG is pleased to announce that the next edition of its Festival will be held in Modena, Italy, from September 22th to 25th 2022. This is going to be DIG’s eighth edition.
This year DIG will gather the best of international investigative journalism in the occasion of its Festival, with four days of conferences, screenings and collateral artistic activities.
The Festival will once again gravitate around the annual DIG Awards, the prizes awarded by DIG’s international jury to excellent investigative video and audio projects. The DIG Awards are split into 3 main categories: Video (open to documentaries and films), Audio (open to podcasts and radio productions) and Pitch (open to video projects still in development and production phase).
All the Video subcategories (Investigative Long, Investigative Medium, Reportage Long, Reportage Medium, Short) are now open for submissions. The Audio and the DIG Pitch categories are also open.
The DIG Pitch supports the development of an investigative project that is not yet completed with funding up to € 15,000.
All categories are now open and accepting submissions.
All information on how to participate and submit, together with deadlines and details about DIG Awards are available here, in the call for submissions.
