The 18-month investigation describes how and why Dominica and Grenada have appointed foreigners to be their ambassadors around the world. The investigation includes the untold story of an Iranian fraudster who became Dominica’s Ambassador to Malaysia.

Producers obtained exclusive documents establishing that hundreds of thousands of dollars were paid to Dominican Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit to help him win re-election in 2014.
