When three American doctors volunteer in Gaza, they find themselves treating patients in a healthcare system collapsing under siege. What they witness changes them forever. Through direct, on-the-ground footage, this documentary by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Poh Si Teng follows them from the besieged hospitals of Gaza back home in the US, where none of them can leave their patients and colleagues behind. Haunted by what they saw, they carry their fight to the halls of Congress, confronting political silence and demanding accountability.
