In East Asia, dozens of websites trade videos of men filmed in the act of sexually assaulting unknown women on trains, buses and other crowded public places. In this documentary, BBC News investigates the responsibilities of “Uncle Qi”, a mysterious figure behind whom lies a man hailed as a guru by an online community of perverts. But who is Uncle Qi? The BBC team takes a journey into this dark and criminal world, in an attempt to nail the perpetrators of the harassment and meet the women who are fighting it, trying to reveal the identity of the men who profit from sexual violence.
