April 2026. For two weeks, filmmaker Edward Kaprov lived among the last remaining residents of Kherson in southern Ukraine. Located on the frontline, the city stretches along the Dnieper River, a fragile border separating it from Russian forces stationed on the left bank. Russian drones lurk, insidiously sowing death as they hunt for targets through the streets of the destroyed city. With his camera, Edward Kaprov has captured moments of life and gathered the testimonies of those he encountered to understand what it means to live without knowing whether you will still be there the next day.
