A gripping investigation into the hidden world of cyber slavery that targets and exploits victims around the globe. In a country fractured by civil war and political instability, criminal networks exploit the chaos to run scam centres built on human trafficking, torture and kidnapping, generating tens of billions of dollars a year. Through powerful testimonies and hard evidence, the latest Off the Grid documentary exposes a ruthless global online fraud machine, the staggering human cost behind it and the cross-border fight to free those enslaved and forced to scam others.
