Adrienne Fichter is a tech journalist based in Zürich who has worked part-time as a tech reporter for Republik. She is also a freelance author and journalist, writing for her own tech journalism blog and for dnip – Das Netz ist politisch, a tech journalism magazine she co-founded in 2021. Her work focuses on topics at the intersection of technology and democracy, with particular expertise in Swiss and international digital policy, privacy, cybersecurity, Big Tech and regulation, digital ethics, and artificial intelligence. For her investigative reporting, explanatory pieces, and features, she has received several awards. She also runs her own tech journalism blog, which aims to provide independent, in-depth coverage of technology and its impact on society.
