Fausto Gianelli is a lawyer and the provincial coordinator of Giuristi Democratici in Modena, is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Lawyers Association for Democracy and Human Rights (ELDH). He has participated in panels and missions as an international observer in the Middle East, Asia and South America. He took part as a defender of the civil parties in the Genoa trials for the events of the G8 in 2001 (Diaz and Bolzaneto) as well as in various trials abroad as a lawyer and international observer, especially in Palestine and Turkey.
